Rates
Rates quoted
are based on individual rates, per person in double occupancy in American Dollars,
including taxes & Service charges. Discounted group rates can be arranged.
Minimum group size is usually 15 persons. If the number of participants falls
below the minimum, the tour will be evaluated and if applicable, participants
will be responsible for additional costs. For groups, half twin is free of charges
for every 15 paying guests, with maximum 2 persons per group (on room only basis
and excluding air fares). Airline fares are subject to change without notice.
Fares are only guaranteed upon group payment in full and actual issuance of
airline tickets. Any change in airfare will result fluctuation of tour cost.

Booking and payments
All booking requests should
be made in writing (e-mail, fax or letter), telephone requests or calls can
be attended, provided that a written document to follow shortly. Without prior
special arrangements, for the Individual bookings,
a deposit of (25%) twenty five percent of total cost is to be paid to Fly Well
Travel upon confirmation. Balance to be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival
date. As for groups, terms of payments will be
detailed in our initial reply and confirmation is subject to fulfillment of
these terms. Payments, should be made either
by Bank Draft check, in the name of "Fly Well Travel"
sent to our head office, or to be made by bank
transfer (Swift) to our following bank account
